• First Download Opera Mini Handler [Click Here]
• Install and Open Opera Mini Handler
• On the Handler Menu Go To Proxy Type and select Real Hosts
• Proxy Server : 203.115.112.5
• Leave the rest and Save the Settings
• Use internet via Mobile Office, it will be free
