Micromax is booming tablet market, after launching the Funbook and Funbook Pro tablets, Micromax is ready with another budget tablet for the Indian market. Named as the Funbook Alpha P250, the tablet is available for purchase via online retailer Saholic at Rs. 5,999. Micromax has not yet officially announced the tablet but will announce it very soon.

Micromax Funbook Alpha P250 is the successor of the Micromax FunBook which was launched a few months back. The new tablet runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system is powered by a 1GHz Cortex A13 single core processor with 512MB of RAM and larger display of 7-inch touch screen (800x480 px. It includes a 0.3MP camera on the front side for video chat. The other specification of Micromax Funbook Alpha P250 include 4GB of built-in storage, 32 GB microSD card slot, 0.3MP front camera for video chat and a 2,800 mAh battery.
