Here is the trick to use free 3G GPRS on BSNL. Its 100% working in Maharahstra. Hope it works in your state too :)
Proxy Address : 110.100.3.2
Port : 9209
Access Point Name(APN) : wapwest.cellone.in
Homepage : http://www.tipsplanet.in (or any address which you want)
